Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping — Canada We ship across Canada via Canada Post and UPS. Estimated delivery times from Winnipeg, MB:

  • Western Canada: 2–5 business days
  • Ontario & Quebec: 3–6 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Northern & Remote Areas: may take longer

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship internationally via Canada Post and UPS. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched. If your package appears lost, please contact us at gisele@giselecove.com and we'll do our best to help resolve it.
